Last Updated: May 22, 2026

Welcome to Neptune. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our prompt-sharing platform, API, and associated tools. By accessing or using Neptune, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

// 1. Description of Service

Neptune is a community platform for discovering, organizing, saving, remixing, and sharing AI/LLM prompts. We provide tools for users to publish prompt configurations and follow other creators.

// 2. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features (such as publishing, saving, or liking prompts). You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Neptune is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.

// 3. User Content & Licensing

You retain ownership of any prompts, descriptions, and comments you publish on Neptune. However, by publishing content publicly, you grant Neptune and its community users a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to view, copy, modify (remix), adapt, and distribute your prompts for creative and educational purposes.

You warrant that any prompt content you publish does not infringe upon the intellectual property or copyrights of third parties.

// 4. Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for:

  • Submitting prompts containing malicious payloads, jailbreaks designed for illegal activities, or hate speech.
  • Scraping the platform database or trying to overload our servers.
  • Impersonating other prompt creators or developers.

// 5. Disclaimer of Warranties

NEPTUNE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE”. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE PROMPTS OR THEIR SUITABILITY FOR ANY LLM WORKFLOWS. PROMPTS ARE USER-SUBMITTED TEMPLATES, AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTPUTS PRODUCED BY EXTERNAL AI SYSTEMS USING THESE TEMPLATES.

// 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neptune, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.

Thank you for using Neptune to build the future of prompting.
